The Turbo Air TST-60SD-D2 Super Deluxe Series Sandwich/Salad food prep table has stainless steel shelves to help with cleanliness since they come in contact with food. The stainless steel construction of the cabinet guarantees long product life and maximum cleanliness. For faster cooling and greater efficiency, the refrigeration system includes an evaporator and a condenser. The insulated pan cover protects food product from contaminants and spills. Each drawer accommodates up to 6-inch-deep, sixth-size pans, which are sold separately.

The self-cleaning condenser saves you from manually cleaning the device, in turn, saving you time and money. The device uses a mesh filter to prevent dust from getting to the condenser coil fins while a rotating brush sweeps away dust that has collected on the mesh filter two to three times a day. The rotating brush also moves up and down to remove the excess dust outward and away from the condenser, effectively restricting dust from gathering in the first place. The self-cleaning condenser prevents a premature system failure while allowing your system to maintain its highest efficiency.
