The Turbo Air TST48SDD4 Sandwich/ Salad Prep Table features a convenient, four-drawer design that makes food easily accessible. The interior cabinet can accommodate up to 12 standard sixth-size pans, allowing chefs to keep a variety of ingredients handy for use.
Internal temperature is held within a range of 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring items remain well within the recommended food safety guidelines without being frozen. The Turbo Air TST48SDD4 also includes a self-cleaning condenser with a rotating brush that clears debris from the component’s coils.
