This 1 door salad and sandwich prep unit features an efficient refrigeration system with solid doors. The refrigeration system is oversized and balanced and includes efficient evaporators for faster cooling and greater operation capacity. The innovative cold air compartment maintains temperature evenly for each pan to preserve fresh foods longer. The compartment also isolates pans from the reach-in area to prevent food spillage. This 27.5" stainless steel salad and sandwich prep table features a stainless steel interior and exterior for the ultimate in cleanliness and lasting durability. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors is formed in place using high density CFC free poly urethane insulation.

The ergonomically designed doors promotes ease of use and fatigue reduction. This feature along with the self closing door makes this the ultimate choice in user convenience. The convenient cutting board side rail makes it easy to prepare your sandwiches and salads in one place. Through Turbo Air's creative innovation, the condensate system surfaces have been specifically treated to resist corrosion. This not only increases efficiency without the risk of refrigerant leakage, but also prevents the overflow of condensate water.
