The Turbo Air TOM-30S open air display merchandiser takes in air from the front and discharges it at the rear of the cabinet. The entire cabinet has structure from the foamed in place polyurethane insulation that also retains cold air. To improve the airflow of the unit, a backguard is provided and the back wall and top are perforated. Products are easy to see with LED interior lighting,. Since LED lighting gives off less heat than other bulbs, cold air is retained. Stainless steel makes up the interior for durability and corrosion resistance.

The balanced, oversized refrigeration system uses R-134A refrigerant to keep temperatures cool and is more efficient. Overflow of condensate water and refrigerant leaks are prevented since the hot gas condensate system has been treated to resist corrosion. The Turbo Air TOM-30S open air display merchandiser comes with a self-cleaning condenser system that brushes dust off the condenser daily to ensure the cabinet runs properly and will not fail.
