The Turbo Air TIDC-70W ice cream dipping cabinet has a special cold wall system that prevents temperature fluctuation that results in frozen ice cream in the bottom and melted ice cream on the top. The balanced, oversized refrigeration system includes an evaporator and condenser that help with faster freezing and more efficiency. The condenser stays cleaner since it has 1⁄5-inch condenser pin gaps and an electrodeposition coating that prevents tarnishing. The refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant to keep temperatures between 10 and 8 degrees Fahrenheit, perfect for preserving ice cream.

LED lighting gives off less heat than other light sources and brightens the cabinet so you can easily see the ice cream you are scooping. Sturdy, stainless steel shelves are durable and easy to clean. Polyethylene coated, removable frost shields help eliminate built-up frost on the interior walls. The Turbo Air TIDC-70W ice cream dipping cabinet can display up to 12 tubs of ice cream that hold 3 gallons each and stores up to 8 tubs that hold 3 gallons each.
