True Refrigeration TCGG-48-HC-LD Description
The True TCGG-48-HC-LD glass refrigerated deli case maintains a temperature range from 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can specify a set temperature within that range. Its gravity-coil refrigeration system creates high humidity so meats, cheeses, and other deli products are kept fresh. To reduce frost buildup, this unit has a time-initiated and time-terminated defrost cycle that runs automatically. Since polyurethane insulation is foamed in place, cold air is retained and the cabinet is strengthened. To resist chipping and peeling, the exterior and interior are made of white laminated vinyl, and the stainless steel interior floor has coved corners to speed up cleaning.
The curved, double-pane front glass keeps cold air inside and is tempered for safety. For comfortable opening, both self-closing doors have a 12-inch extruded handle. When the doors shut, they have a smooth, positive closure to increase efficiency. The True TCGG-48-HC-LD glass refrigerated deli case has two PVC-coated shelves that hold products and can be adjusted at different angles to improve product presentation. LED interior lights provide product visibility.
