The Turbo Air TCBE-82SDR chef base can hold 60 sixth-size pans in its four stainless steel drawers. Also made of stainless steel, the reinforced top is built to withstand heavy use. It has a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit that is maintained by R134A refrigerant. The refrigeration system is self-contained and side mounted, so it is accessible for maintenance. Dust is removed from the condenser daily by the self-cleaning device, helping to prevent premature failure. The Turbo Air TCBE-82SDR chef base has 5-inch-diameter casters for mobility.
