Turbo Air TAMG-24 Description
The Turbo Air TAMG-24 Radiance natural gas griddle uses two aluminized, U-shaped burners. The standing pilot is adjustable for controlling gas flow. Its durable, 3⁄4-inch polished steel plate evenly distributes heat, which is resisted by its polyphenylene sulfide on/off knob. Constructed of stainless steel, the cabinet holds up against regular commercial use. Grease and food debris are kept away from the surrounding area by the 4-inch-tall backsplash and tapered side splashes. Included with the unit are stainless steel legs to lift it off the countertop. The Turbo Air TAMG-24 Radiance natural gas griddle reduces gas usage while offering quick cooking and recovery times.
