Turbo Air TAHP-12-2 Description
The Turbo Air TAHP-12-2 Radiance gas hotplate is great for small establishments without the room for an entire range. Equipped with two heavy-duty burners, this hotplate directs heat towards the pot with a grooved design. To turn the burners on and off, there is an ergonomic control knob for each one.
Because of the flush design of the grates on the Turbo Air TAHP-12-2 hotplate, users do not need to lift pots when sliding them across. Each grate is 12 inches long by 12 inches wide and is made of heavy-duty cast iron that retains heat well. The unit is heated by LP gas but can be converted to natural gas if that is what is available. To reduce the risk of components overheating, this unit is equipped with stainless steel legs that elevate it off the counter.
