The Turbo Air M3F24-1 reach-in freezer features an easy-to-operate digital control pad that allows you to set the temperature between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit and an external digital temperature display that lets users quickly verify that products are being held at the appropriate temperatures. The door hinges are reversible, meaning they can be configured to open to the left or to the right, whichever best matches your kitchen workflow. The cabinet and door are fully insulated to help improve energy efficiency.

A major benefit of this freezer is that it has Turbo Air’s self-cleaning condenser, which saves money and time. Most condensers cannot properly release heat because of dust build-up and infrequent cleanings, which leads to compressor failure, premature system failure, and even health inspection failure. The self-cleaning condenser on the Turbo Air M3F24-1 reach-in freezer uses a mesh filter to catch the dust and keep it from reaching into the condenser coil fins. A rotating brush sweeps away dust on the mesh filter two to three times a day and moves up and down to remove the excess outward and away from the condenser, which effectively prevents dust from accumulating. The self-cleaning condenser allows this refrigeration system to maintain the highest efficiency.
