Just received and have concerns.
I just received this item yesterday and had a very difficult time taking it apart. It was a replacement for a similar item that was purchased less than a year ago and has broken at the top of the removable stem. the spring on our last pancake dropper broke, as did the white plastic knob that holds the stem in. The instructions say to be very careful taking apart and putting back together, and that is my concern. This pancake dropper is used in an ice cream store to make waffle cones and is used by 16-20 year Olds. With multiple hands being on a tool, it needs to be sturdy and hold up well and I am afraid this won't be the case.
