This Winco EWP-2 chafer water pan measures 22 5⁄8 inches wide by 13 5⁄8 inches deep by 7 inches high; it can be used as a stand-alone piece of equipment or fit full-size chafer frames. Its 900-watt heating element warms quickly and users can adjust temperatures to accommodate a wide range of product. Because it uses electricity, it is more energy efficient than chafing fuels.
