It has a wide bottom that's great for cooking vegetables and proteins in a limited amount of sauce—using liquid while cooking adds juiciness and flavor to the product. Made of aluminum, this pot is durable and heats up evenly and quickly. For additional strength, the handles are extra thick and riveted, and the rim and bottom are reinforced.
