Winco AXAP-34 Description
Made for slow cooking, the Winco AXAP-34 sauce pot is great for soups, stews, roasts, and sauces. Its wide bottom improves heat conduction, and its thick, reinforced construction enhances durability, along with its reinforced rim. It is made of aluminum to create an even pattern and excellent heat distribution. This pot is shorter than stock pots for more comfort when staff are stirring it, and the handles are riveted to the sides for strength.
