With its three short tines and 5 5⁄8-inch length, the Winco 0037-07 oyster fork can pierce, remove, and lift meat from shellfish. This extra-heavyweight utensil is shorter than standard dinner and salad forks, so guests have improved control over use. Its 18/8 stainless steel construction consists of 18 percent chrome and 8 percent nickel, providing lasting rust resistance compared to economical 18/0 stainless steel. Because it has less nickel than 18/10 stainless steel, it's more economical yet less bend resistant. Its Venice pattern imitates Venice's calming canals, using a smooth mirror finish for a reflective gleam that highlights the sleek handle shape.
