This 18/0 stainless steel piece is a nickel-free steel alloy of 18 percent chrome, so it's more affordable than higher-grade 18/8 and 18/10 steel alloys. Despite its lack of nickel, it's still strong enough to withstand use in casual restaurants, buffets, and hotel dining rooms. Its Elegance pattern uses floral embellishments along its gently curved handle, while a bold handle-tip motif ties the classic design together.
