Royal Range RSB-36 Description
The Royal Range RSB-36 RSB natural gas salamander broiler uses a roll-out grid rack to slide food toward the operator for quick checking and removal. Constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, its countertop design measures 36 inches wide by 17 3⁄4 inches deep by 20 1⁄2 inches high. Crumbs and spills accumulate inside the full-width pan to ease cleaning between each batch. Managed by manual controls with a pilot, the two 17,500-BTU infrared burners offer separate heat zones for simultaneous melting, browning, or holding.
