Royal Range RFT-75 Description
Holding up to 75 pounds of oil, the Royal Range RFT-75 RFT tube-fired fryer sends heat through tubes inside the frypot for rapid recovery. A 1 1⁄4-inch full-port drain valve streamlines emptying, while dual baskets offer clean batch separation. Powered by LP gas and millivolt thermostatic controls, four 38,000-BTU cast iron burners regulate the tank between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. A safety shutoff disables operation if conditions fall outside normal limits. Made of stainless steel, this 19 1⁄2-inch-wide by 34 1⁄2-inch-deep by 45 3⁄4-inch-high unit stands on 6-inch adjustable legs for a level setup.
