Royal Range RFT-60 Description
The Royal Range RFT-60 RFT tube-fired fryer integrates four 38,000-BTU cast iron burners for consistent heat contact throughout the frypot. Stabilized by 6-inch adjustable legs, its stainless steel body prevents deformation and measures 19 1⁄2 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 45 3⁄4 inches high. Three baskets divide the 60-pound tank to accommodate multiple loads at once, while the 1 1⁄4-inch full-port drain valve opens a broad route for quick oil changes. Equipped with millivolt thermostatic controls, the natural gas fryer provides accurate adjustments from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and shuts off automatically to avoid unsafe use.
