Managed by millivolt thermostatic controls, the Royal Range RFT-60 RFT LP gas fryer shifts between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Four cast iron burners generate 152,000 BTU through the tube-fired pot to minimize temperature fluctuation after cold food enters the 60-pound vat. The 6-inch adjustable legs respond to flooring inconsistencies for steady placement, while the safety shutoff defends against overheating. Measuring 19 1⁄2 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 45 3⁄4 inches high, the stainless steel frame includes three baskets and a 1 1⁄4-inch full-port valve for multi-batch frying and simplified drainage.
