Set on 6-inch adjustable legs, the Royal Range RFT-50 RFT tube-fired fryer maintains balance on uneven flooring for stable loading. Millivolt thermostatic controls adjust the operating temperature from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit across three 38,000-BTU cast iron burners that shutoff immediately during irregular operation. Designed with a 50-pound oil capacity, its 15 1⁄2-inch-wide by 30 1⁄2-inch-deep by 45 3⁄4-inch-high narrow body fits two baskets for portioned cooking. The 1 1⁄4-inch full-port drain valve creates an open path that eases oil removal. Constructed of stainless steel, this natural gas fryer handles hot splatter and repeated cleaning.
