Royal Range RECO-1 Description
Designed for baking, roasting, and reheating applications, the Royal Range RECO-1 electric convection oven accommodates full-size sheet pans in a standard-depth cavity with dual-speed air circulation for even heat distribution. The electric thermostat adjusts between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for flexible temperature management across multiple menu applications. Five chrome-plated racks are included for multi-pan production, and the porcelain-coated interior simplifies cleaning after cooking operations. A glass viewing window in the right-side door and two interior lights improve product visibility during use.
The Royal Range RECO-1 convection oven incorporates stainless steel front, side, and top panels suited for repeated commercial kitchen operation. Dual dependent doors swing open 135 degrees for pan loading access, and each door hinge incorporates brass bushings to support alignment during repeated opening cycles. Cool-touch controls are recessed for protection near the control area, while the full-size cavity includes 11 rack positions for adjustable pan spacing during baking and roasting applications.
