Royal Range RECO-1 Description
The Royal Range RECO-1 convection oven's full-size, standard-depth cavity accommodates sheet pans side to side, while a two-speed blower motor circulates heated air throughout the interior for consistent cooking performance across multiple rack positions. Thermostat controls adjust between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for menu flexibility, and five chrome-plated racks are included for multi-pan production. A porcelain-coated interior and interior lighting improve visibility and simplify cleaning during repeated baking operations.
The Royal Range RECO-1 convection oven incorporates stainless steel front, side, and top panels designed for demanding commercial environments. Dual dependent doors swing open 135 degrees for pan loading access, and the right-side door includes a glass viewing window for product monitoring during operation. Brass hinge bushings support door alignment through repeated opening cycles, while recessed cool-touch controls help protect the operator area near the control panel. The interior cavity includes 11 rack positions for adjustable pan spacing during cooking applications.
