Royal Range RECO-1 Description
The Royal Range RECO-1 convection oven's full-size cavity and two-speed convection airflow system provides flexibility for baking, roasting, and reheating applications. The thermostat controls adjust temperatures between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for menu versatility across baking operations. The standard-depth interior accommodates full-size sheet pans side to side and includes five chrome-plated racks with multiple position options for staggered pan placement. Interior lighting and a porcelain-coated cavity improve visibility and simplify cleaning throughout repeated cooking cycles.
Built with stainless steel front, side, and top panels, the Royal Range RECO-1 convection oven is designed for demanding kitchen environments. Dual dependent doors open 135 degrees to streamline pan loading and removal, while the right-side door incorporates a glass viewing window for product monitoring during operation. Recessed cool-touch controls help protect the operator area near the control panel, and brass hinge bushings support door alignment through repeated opening cycles. The cavity includes 11 rack positions for flexible pan spacing during production.
