Two stainless steel burners generate a combined 70,000 BTU output, while thermostatic controls adjust temperatures between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for flexible cooking performance. Electronic ignition incorporates a 100 percent safety shutoff system for controlled operation, and the oven accommodates full-size sheet pans side to side for high-capacity baking applications. Five chrome-plated racks positioned across eleven rack levels provide flexible pan placement throughout the cooking cavity.

Designed for repeated commercial use, the Royal Range RCOS-1 convection oven incorporates stainless steel front, side, and top panels along with a porcelain-coated interior that streamlines cleaning after cooking operations. Dual stainless steel doors open 135 degrees for loading access, while the right-side door incorporates a glass viewing window for product monitoring during baking cycles.
