This planetary mixer from Univex offers you the guarantee that it is designed to surpass your needs and astound you with it's greatness. Completing it's heavy duty construction is a stainless steel body that encases hardened steel gears and in electronic four speed control. Safety is no concern with this planetary mixer as it will automatically shut off power to the motor any time the guard is opened to prevent any injury at all. This Univex planetary mixer comes standard with a 30 quart stainless steel bowl, batter beater, wire whip, dough hook and ingredient chute. Never wonder if you made the right choice when you choose this Univex planetary floor mixer.
