Univex SL280 Description
To optimize performance while keeping noise levels to a minimum, the Univex SL280 spiral mixer features a quiet and powerful belt-driven motor. It's designed with two speed settings of 95 and 190 RPM and has digital timers that correspond with each option. This unit features a 617-pound dough capacity and a 370-quart bowl. An electromagnetic system holds the bowl in place, while safety switches protect against injury when the bowl's lid is open.
The Univex SL280 dough mixer can be implemented in bagel shops, bakeries, and pizza parlors. Its bowl, shaft, and dough hook are made of stainless steel—a rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that's simple to clean and ideal for commercial use.
