Univex SL200RB Description
Designed for floor placement, the Univex SL200RB spiral mixer measures 50 1⁄8 inches wide by 84 3⁄4 inches deep by 74 1⁄4 inches high when its top is open. It features a 306-quart bowl and 440-pound dough capacity to support high-volume applications in bakeries, bagel shops, and pizza parlors. To optimize performance and minimize disruptive noise, this unit is built with a powerful belt-driven motor and an electromagnetic bowl locking system. Operators can alternate between two speed options as well as forward and reverse modes.
Durable, rust resistant, and simple to clean, the Univex SL200RB commercial dough mixer's spiral dough hook, shaft, and bowl are constructed of stainless steel. The bowl is removable to further ease cleaning. Its control panel includes separate digital timers that correspond with its two speed options. To ensure safe operation, this unit features safety switches that minimize injury risk when the bowl's lid is open.
