This commercial spiral mixer has a 70 qt capacity, making it ideal for medium to high volume applications. Even with all of its power, this 70 qt spiral mixer provides the user with an energy savings of about 25% for each work cycle. It uses one motor with double speed and a reverse feature. The control panel features separate timers for low speed and high speed times settings for the best in precision cutting and mixing. You can easily switch to reverse bowl rotation with this unit. This spiral mixer is mounted on wheels for easy relocating.
