This commercial dough rounder will dispense perfectly shaped rounds every 3 seconds, up to 1,200 per hour. This PizzaXpress dough rounder is perfect for use with pizza and bread doughs to provide continuous feed and fast production. This commercial rounder has one setting, which eliminates the need to spend time changing parts to generate a different portion weight.

The stainless steel and anodized aluminum body meets all NSF standards and is easy to disassemble. Since this unit can be taken apart without tools, cleaning is easier and less time consuming. The 1/2 hp capacitor start motor is controlled with an easily accessible on/off switch.

Univex PizzaXpress Dough Rounders carry a one-year, on-site parts and labor warranty against flaws in either the material or workmanship.
