Univex 4610 Manual Meat & Cheese Slicer w/ 10" Blade, Belt Driven, Aluminum, 1/4 hp

Durable for intermediate volume use, the Univex 4610 Economy Series manual slicer has a body that is constructed of anodized aluminum and a belt-driven assembly that is cheaper to replace than a gear-driven slicer. The 10-inch precision slicing blade operates at 420 revolutions per minute and slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 1⁄2 inch.

The user and controls are protected since a drip tray fence deflects liquids. To simplify cleaning, the Univex 4610 meat and cheese slicer's carriage, feed grip, and sharpener are detachable and convenient to disassemble. The protective edge guard is permanently mounted to the unit to prevent accidents.
