Easily reheat or finish cooking multiple or single servings in minutes to quickly and confidently provide your customers with delicious dinners while keeping pace. Each Duke unit is constructed of a stainless steel exterior front and painted sides and top. Through the double paned glass insert doors is a porcelain enamel interior complete with five oven racks and an electronic pilot relight system. The Duke convection oven is sat atop 27" angular painted legs to give it a sturdy raised support.
