The cabinet of this electric convection oven features painted top and sides and 50-50 stainless steel doors for wipe down cleaning and corrosion resistance. The insulation on the bottom, sides and back is 1 -1/2 thick and on the top is 3 inches thick. The oven controls are simple to use and interpret, featuring a power off-on cook switch, a dial type thermostat ranging from 200-500 degrees, and a one hour dial timer with an electric buzzer so you never have to risk burning or drying out your baked foods.
