Duke Convection Ovens "E" Series - Single - Electric

This Duke E101E convection oven is both efficient and affordable. This attractive unit features a stainless steel front with painted sides and top. The bottom, back, and sides are fully insulated with 1 1/2" thick board type insulation, with the top having 3" thick insulation. A porcelain enameled interior with coved corners completes the appeal of this convection oven.

This full size convection oven holds five racks, which allow for adequate cooking area. The interior lights in the unit brightly illuminate the porcelain interior. The interior cabinet of the oven is heated with a powerful 11KW electric heating element that encircles the blower wheel for even heat distribution. A fuse provides a safety net by protecting against overload.

Duke backs this powerful oven with a 1 year limited warranty on parts and labor and a 10 year limited door warranty. An optional 2 year limited parts and labor warranty can be purchased upon your request.
