Duke 613Q-E4V Description
The Duke 613Q-E4V electric convection oven features two cabinets, each fitted with lighting to illuminate its interior. This interior is also lined with porcelain, creating a nonstick surface to streamline the cleanup process. Made of sturdy, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this unit’s exterior can endure heavy use in high-volume environments.
The temperature of the Duke 613Q-E4V double-deck convection oven can be set between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using a snap-action thermostat. Each oven features a two-speed fan and is insulated to retain heat inside the cabinets. The doors open independently and each feature a double-pane glass window, enabling users to monitor the cooking process without opening the doors. This unit is mounted on 8-inch stainless steel legs than can be adjusted to account for uneven flooring.
