Featuring 6 racks and 13 rack positions, this commercial convection oven/proofer combo from Duke Ovens is a wonderful addition to your kitchen! Made from stainless steel, this model features a solid state temperature control and 10 programmable menu buttons. The proofer side offers humidity control through an infinite switch dial and has a water reservoir. Regardless of the application that you need, with the Duke Ovens commercial convection oven/proofer combo you have the best of both.
