The 4 in. plastic legs of this porcelain interior convection oven allow for improved ventilation and easy cleaning beneath the unit. The stainless steel front, sides and top are also easy to clean and resistant to corrosion, dents, scratches and stains. The oven features 1 in. insulation on the bottom, sides and back and 3 in. insulation on the top for safety and better heating. This single section convection oven features solid state digital time and temperature controls, and a 12 hour countdown timer, a cook and hold feature, and a 2 speed fan for the absolute best in even, consistent baking.
