Ideal for restaurants, bakeries, and cafeterias with minimal extra storage, this half-section convection oven from Duke is attached to a base, which provides 4 convenient storage shelves. This electric convection oven's 2-speed fan circulates 240 V of heat to quickly roast, brown and crisp your food, while retaining its inside moisture and flavor. Fully insulated for maximum heat retention, this convection oven's porcelain interior has coved corners and a seamless bottom, making clean up hassle-free. For easy mobility, 4-1/2" casters with 2 locks allow to move this unit and secure it in place as needed. To save space, this oven stand's side shelf is removable and its front pull-out shelf can be tucked away underneath the oven.
