Duke 59-E3XX/59-BS 2401 Description

A necessity for any bakery, but also an asset to others in the food service industry, convection ovens ensure you get the best results possible with your delicious baked goods. Ideal for small bakeries and restaurants short on space, this half-section convection oven from Duke features a convenient attached shelving unit, which includes 2 undershelves, a removable side shelf, and a pull-out front shelf. Solid state temperature controls and this oven's fully insulated cooking chamber ensure maximum temperatures are maintained, while the cook & hold feature allows you to keep items warm, until you are ready to serve them. To protect your most delicate foods, this oven's intuitive pulse fan capability only comes on when necessary. For maximum space efficiency, simply remove this oven's side tray and retract its front tray. And, since it has casters, simply roll it to a more convenient location.
