Duke 59-E3XX/59-BS 2081 Description

Great for restaurants, bakeries, and cafeterias with minimal extra storage, this convection oven from Duke features a conveniently attached removable side shelf, pull-out top shelf, and 2 undershelves for storage. This convection oven's 2-speed fan circulates 240 V of heat to quickly roast, brown and crisp your food, while retaining its inside moisture and flavor. Fully insulated for maximum heat retention, this convection oven's porcelain interior has coved corners and a seamless bottom, making clean up hassle-free. And, for easy mobility, 4-1/2" casters with 2 locks allow to move this unit and secure it in place as needed.
