This half size convection oven's 2-speed fan continuously circulates air throughout the cooking chamber to rapidly cook your food evenly, regardless of its rack placement. Constructed from a sturdy stainless steel, this fully insulated convection oven is built for durability, and with its attractive design, you won't mind if it stays in sight of customers. The 12 hour digital timer takes the guesswork out of proper cooking times; however, if you need to check on your cooking progress, the intelligent solid state control ensures the proper temperature is maintained for consistent results.
