This half section convection oven features 5 racks with 9 rack positions allowing you the versatility to bake different shaped and sized foods. The porcelain interior finish is easy to clean and provides exceptional heat retention. The single hinged door is easy to operate and will function smoothly for years to come. The 4" plastic legs of this porcelain interior convection oven allow for improved ventilation and easy cleaning beneath the unit. The stainless steel front, sides and top are also easy to clean and resistant to corrosion, dents, scratches and stains. The oven features 1" insulation on the bottom, sides and back and 3" insulation on the top for safety and better heating. The basic snap action thermostat has a temperature range of 200-500 degrees and a 60 minute electric dial timer with a continuous sounding buzzer and a 2 speed fan.
