Duke 59-E3V 2083 Description

The Duke Convection Oven is built with features that appeal specifically to restaurant kitchens, but is designed to save space in the process. This electric, half-section, single-deck oven is made for high performance and comes with a stainless steel door w/window. The interior comes with 5 racks and a possible 9 rack positions to choose from and has a porcelain interior. To help keep track of what you're cooking, there is a 60 minute dial timer w/buzzer and the snap action thermostat can range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
