The 32" natural gas vertical broiler provides high performance broiling for a crisp, juicy and flavorful taste and is perfect for today's diverse menu selections. Star Max 32" vertical broilers are designed for display cooking and built for fast food and Mediterranean style restaurants. Star Max 32" vertical broilers are constructed of stainless steel on the front and sides. The back, bottom, rotisserie rods and pans are constructed of aluminized steel. This 32" vertical broiler features a fully adjustable temperature range for precision cooking. The 5-45 lb meat capacity provides meat type and size cooking versatility. This vertical broiler is simply disassembled for easy clean up. The adjustable heat shield concentrates heat for cooking and directs heat away from the operator to allow for faster cooking and to reduce energy costs. The automatic friction drive stops rotation during slicing, allowing for quick and easy carving.
