Product Features Star's compact humidified cabinets deliver profit building sales with minimum counter space for pizza, pretzels, chicken, pastries, bagels, hot sandwiches and more. HFD1's use only 15" of counter space and fit almost anywhere. Choose from pizza racks, pretzel racks or universal racks to merchandise your day part menu items. Low water indicator light shows when to add water keeping your humidity at the proper level. Top temperature control ranges from 110 F to 175 F with a thermometer located on the inside back right corner post for easy monitoring. Bottom control panel has drain valve, humidity control, low water indicator and power switch. Illuminated cabinet for better visibility and merchandising.
