The thermostat is rated from 175 F to 450 F and provides accurate sensing of temperature. The reliable hinge system provides effortless operation and is designed to distribute even pressure on both sides of the product for consistent heating and searing. The spacious grilling height accommodates products up to 3" like poultry breasts and sandwiches in addition to thin products like tortillas and quesadillas. Star's Grill Express is designed for restaurants, snack bars, taverns, convenience stores and other commercial operations with limited space.
