Star's 2 sided grills can prepare a variety of foods in half the time. Expand your menu with Star's Pro-Max two sided grill and prepare burritos, quesadillas, sandwiches, chicken breasts, hamburgers, steaks, vegetables and many other menu items quickly and easily while maximizing space. The heavy duty smooth aluminum platens provide long life and superior performance. A heavy duty counter balance hinge system and handle provides safe and effortless operation of the top platen. Spacious grilling height accommodates product up to 3" with 3-4 pounds of pressure for proper cooking between platens. The bottom platen has a patented splash guard conduit protects electrical connections. The thermostat is rated from 175 to 550 and provides accurate sensing of temperature. The ergonomically designed control panel provides easy access to controls and grease drawer. The removable, large capacity grease drawer in the front of this 2 sided grill is ideal for easy cleanup.

The heavy duty platens retain energy and deliver faster performance. The rugged body of this two sided grill is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel. The counter balance mechanism is constructed from hardened aluminum for strength and durability. The cord is resistant to water and oil with metallic braiding to protect the wiring.
