Star's Two-Sided Grills can prepare chicken breasts, hamburgers, burritos, quesadillas, steaks and sandwiches and many other products in half the time of standard griddles. The heavy-duty platens retain energy and deliver faster performance. Grills are compact and portable providing flexibility in your operations.

Star GR10T Features:

Heavy-duty 10' x 10' aluminum platens provide long life and superior performance.
Electronic programmable timer from 0 to 9:59 minutes with 'LED' display for accurate and consistent grilling. The timer counts down the cooking time and is equipped with an audible alarm to signal when the timer reaches zero.
On/off 3-position switch allows the operation of the bottom platen only with switch in down position, both top and bottom platens with switch in up position and off in middle position.
A heavy-duty counter balance hinge system and handle provides safe and effortless operation of the top platen.
Spacious grilling height accommodates product up to 3' with 3-4 pounds of pressure for proper cooking between platens.
The bottom platen has a patented splash guard to help keep products and grease in their place.
Heavy gauge, water resistant flexible plastic conduit protects electrical connections.
Thermostat is rated from 175 degree F (79 degree C) to 550 degree F (302 degree C) and provides accurate sensing of temperature.
Ergonomically designed control panel provides easy access to controls and grease drawer.
Removable, large capacity grease drawer in the front of unit for easy clean up.
