The Star fast steamer makes a great addition to any foodservice operation. This front loading fast steamer is ideal for steaming a variety of foods such as tortillas, pastas, vegetables, seafood and bakery products. The small compact design will save space. The Star countertop steamer has a stainless steel removable wire rack for easy cleanup and durability. The cast aluminum steam generator with the cast-in metal sheathed tubular element provides instant steam and reduces waiting time. This countertop steamer is self-contained with a 96 oz. capacity water reservoir. The electronic control has four separate channels that can be customized to meet menu requirements and take the guesswork out of preparing various items. Star steamers are affordably priced and ideal for restaurants, coffee shops, kiosks, hotels, casinos, deli's, snack shops and a variety of other food service operations.
