To keep food moist, users can inject shots of steam, which should only be used in 5-second intervals. The timer can be set from 0 to 120 minutes and automatically shuts the heat and fan off when it expires, while a manual mode enables the operator to cook continuously without a timer.

For visibility, the door on this Star CCOF-4 full-size countertop convection oven has a double-paned glass window so operators can keep an eye on food as it bakes.
