The Star Holman countertop convection oven is ideal for coffee shops, caterers, concession stands, snack bars and a myriad of other foodservice operations. Quick heating and even heat distribution make this countertop convection oven exceed user expectations and deliver perfect results every day. The Star countertop convection oven features four removable wire racks and can accommodate four full size baking pans and the wire racks can be removed and the slides will even hold standard full size pans. The dual high performance reversible rear fans and heating elements distribute convected heat evenly throughout the bake chamber giving you the best baking results possible.

The heavy duty oven door mechanism provides excellent operation and is removable without tools for easy cleaning and maintenance. This countertop convection oven even features a steam injection system that allows the user to add humidity to the baking chamber, keeping your foods moist and delicious. The baking temperature ranges from 175 -500 degrees giving you multiple meal options and the oven timer range is from 0 - 120 minutes. The heat turns off automatically at the end of the timer cycle so you don't have to worry about overcooking or burning foods. The door interlock switch turns off the blower fan when the door is open minimizing heat loss in the oven cabinet and preventing the heat spilling out into the kitchen reducing energy consumption and costs. The convection oven also features a lighted baking chamber when the oven is in use so that you can monitor food without having to continuously open the door. The oven door is constructed of double pane tempered glass providing an insulation barrier that keeps the glass cool while providing safe and easy viewing of the oven contents.
